Pineapple Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 4 tbsp. l. pineapple juice
  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 lime, cut into quarters
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • Sugarcane sticks for serving
    (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Divide the mint, sugar, and lime wedges among 4 Old Fashioned glasses. Using a mortar and pestle set or the back of a wooden spoon, crush the mint, sugar, and lime wedges.

    Add some ice, pour in pineapple juice, white rum, and sparkling water. Stir with a sugarcane swirl and serve.
