Oven-Glazed Peaches topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 6 peaches, sliced (cut in half and pitted first)
- 1.5 liters of blueberries
- 1 - 2 tsp orange blossom water (the flowers of the orange tree, a hybrid of mandarin and pomelo)
- 2 tbsp cane sugar (optional)
- 2 cups natural yogurt (optional)
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, gently stir the peaches and blueberries together with a large spoon. Add the orange blossom water and continue stirring.
Serve cold or transfer the fruit to a 20x30 cm baking dish, sprinkle with cane sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minutes, until the sugar caramelizes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Serve with cream "Whipped cream with eggnog liqueur" topped with yogurt.
