Smoked okra pods

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr. okra (okra)
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Preparation:

  1. Preheat grill to high, then reduce heat to medium.

    Mix okra with vegetable oil, salt and paprika.

    Thread the okra pods one by one, slightly spaced apart, onto 2 wooden skewers, lengthwise. Repeat with the remaining pods.

    Place okra on grill and cook until tender and charred, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
