Ingredients:
- 110 g butter
- 3 crushed cloves of garlic
- 1 loaf of French bread, cut in half lengthwise
- 2 sliced balls fresh mozzarella (170 g)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Preparation:
- Place the rack in the bottom position and preheat the oven to 230°C.
- Melt the butter and garlic in a frying pan and bring to a boil. Brush the bread with the garlic butter, top with mozzarella slices, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and toast on the bottom rack for about 10 minutes.
