Ingredients:
- 900 g unpeeled red onion, halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, toss red onion with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt and sugar.
Place red onion cut side down on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 230°C (450°F) until tender, 30 minutes.
