Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 40 ml light rum
  • 20 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Ginger ale as a filler
  • 1/8 or 1/16 cucumber, sliced ​​crosswise, for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Prepare honey syrup: Combine honey with 1/4 cup hot water and stir until smooth; let cool. (You'll get 110 ml of syrup; it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.)
  2. Combine rum, lime juice, and 15 ml of honey syrup in a shaker; add ice. Shake well; strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a cucumber.
