Chocolate cream with whipped cream

Ingredients:

  • 350 g chocolate, chopped
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup (240 ml) very hot strong coffee
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

Preparation:

  1. Place the chocolate in a blender, add the eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Turn on the blender and blend until the chocolate is finely chopped.
  2. Without turning off the blender, pour hot coffee through the hole in the top and stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes smooth.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into bowls or coffee cups and place in a cool place for 2-3 hours, until the chocolate thickens.
  4. Whip the cream with sugar and spread on top of the chocolate cream.
