Dry marinade for ribs

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tbsp. l. granulated onion
  • 1 tbsp. chili seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. l. brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Store the seasoning in an airtight container. Rub the dry marinade over pork or beef ribs and grill using any method.
