Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic
- 1 tbsp. l. granulated onion
- 1 tbsp. chili seasoning
- 1 tbsp. l. brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Store the seasoning in an airtight container. Rub the dry marinade over pork or beef ribs and grill using any method.
