- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil made from soybeans, peanuts, or corn
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey, vinegar, and salt. Gradually whisk in the oil until the mixture forms a creamy dressing. Use as a salad dressing or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
