Honey mustard salad dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp mild mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil made from soybeans, peanuts, or corn

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey, vinegar, and salt. Gradually whisk in the oil until the mixture forms a creamy dressing. Use as a salad dressing or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
    Exit: 1 tbsp.
