Garlic oil

Ingredients:

  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the garlic and oil to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, until the garlic is lightly browned. Turn off the heat and remove from the stove, but leave the garlic in the pan to continue cooking.
  2. Remove the garlic cloves from the oil and chop them. Place them in a bowl and pour oil over them.
