Ingredients:
For lavender syrup:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 cup dried lavender
For the drink:
- 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tbsp of water
- Orange zest, cut into wide strips
Preparation:
- Pour 1 cup of water into a saucepan, add sugar and dried lavender. Place the saucepan on the stove and heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Cool the syrup and strain into an ice-filled pitcher.
- Add orange juice, cold water and orange zest to the jug and stir.
