Ingredients:
- 3 medium plum tomatoes
- 1 cup parsley leaves
- 2 medium stalks of celery
- 3 medium kale leaves with stems
- 1/2 large juicy lemon, peeled and cored
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
Preparation:
- Using the appropriate juicer settings for each produce, juice in this order: tomatoes and parsley (together), celery, cabbage and lemon.
- Stir in the chia seeds and let steep for 5 minutes. Serve immediately, with ice cubes if desired.
Exit: 250 gr.
