Green Mary from kale

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium plum tomatoes
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 2 medium stalks celery, plus 1 extra stalk for garnish
  • 3 medium kale leaves with stems
  • 1/2 large juicy lemon, peeled
  • 60 ml pepper vodka
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt

Preparation:

  1. Following your juicer's instructions, juice the produce in this order: tomatoes and parsley (together), celery, kale, and lemon.
  2. Stir in vodka, celery salt and a little ground pepper.
  3. Serve immediately in a tall glass with ice. Garnish with a celery stalk and leaves.
