Grilled Green Onions with Lime Juice

Preparation:

Drizzle 4 bunches of green onions with the roots trimmed, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Toss to combine. Grill the onions for about 5 minutes until wilted. Then drizzle with lime juice and a little olive oil. Serve with lime wedges.
