Preparation:

In a bowl, toss 900 g (2 lb) whole wild mushrooms with 1.5 tbsp (1.5 ml) olive oil; season with salt and pepper to taste. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 220°C (425°F), stirring occasionally, until tender, 30-35 minutes. Sauté 3 thinly sliced ​​garlic cloves and 1/2 tsp (1.5 ml) smoked paprika in butter until soft. Stir in the mushrooms. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and season with salt.
