Chocolate dipping sauce topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 90 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp (15 g) butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. brandy or cognac
- Strawberries, sour cream and turbinado sugar, for serving
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate, cream, and butter in the microwave. Add the vanilla extract and brandy and stir until smooth.
- Serve chocolate sauce with strawberries, sour cream and sugar.
