Chocolate dipping sauce

Ingredients:

  • 90 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. brandy or cognac
  • Strawberries, sour cream and turbinado sugar, for serving

Preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolate, cream, and butter in the microwave. Add the vanilla extract and brandy and stir until smooth.
  2. Serve chocolate sauce with strawberries, sour cream and sugar.
