Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp (90 g) butter, melted
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of fine salt
- 4 cups powdered sugar (450g package)
- 6 tablespoons of milk
Preparation:
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the butter and cocoa powder (or in a large bowl if using a hand mixer). Beat on low speed until combined. Add the vanilla and salt. Continue mixing on low speed, adding the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time, alternating with the milk.
