  • 1 tbsp. honey + more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg
  • A pinch of ground ginger
  • 0.5 cups skim or 1% milk
  • 0.5 cups low-fat natural yogurt

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
