Ingredients:
- 1 can (425g) white beans, rinsed
- 2 avocados, diced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (from 1 large lemon)
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/3 cup chopped basil
- To serve: chopped vegetables and toasted bread
Preparation:
- In a food processor, combine the white beans, avocado, lemon juice, and salt. Process until smooth, stopping as needed to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the basil and process again. Serve the dip with chopped vegetables and toasted bread.
