Ingredients:
- 1 - 2 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
- 6 stalks of young bok choy
- A few cloves of garlic
- A small root of ginger
Preparation:
- Cut the cabbage in half lengthwise, without separating the leaves from the petioles.
Chop or slice the garlic and ginger.
Heat peanut oil in a frying pan. Add bok choy, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry briefly to release the flavor. Season with salt.
