Banana-coconut smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 pitted date
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon + extra for sprinkling
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup coconut water

Preparation:

  1. Combine the banana, coconut flakes, dates, cinnamon, nutmeg, and coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth, adding more liquid if needed. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.
