Blue cheese dip for vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 110 g crumbled blue cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Hot pepper sauce
  • Fresh pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Add blue cheese. Squeeze in lemon juice. Add a little hot sauceAdd pepper, parsley, and green onions. Stir to distribute evenly, and serve with vegetable sticks.
