Alabama White BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 small clove of garlic, grated
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • A pinch of sugar
  • Hot sauce

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, garlic, onion powder, sugar, and a few drops of hot sauce; season with salt to taste.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or up to 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
