Ingredients:
- 325g canned ham, cut into 1cm cubes.
- 65 g of cream cheese
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- Half a seedless watermelon, cut into triangular wedges
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 500 gr. taro chips
Preparation:
- Place the ham in a food processor with the cream cheese, mayonnaise, 50 ml of water, and salt to taste and blend. Add the green onions, reserving 2 tablespoons for serving.
- Place the dip in a serving bowl and sprinkle with the remaining green onions. Sprinkle the watermelon with lime zest, drizzle with lime juice, and arrange on a serving platter along with crispy taro chips. Serve.
