Grilled potatoes and olives in foiltopcook.tomathouse.comPreparation:On a large sheet of foil, combine 1½ pounds (700 grams) small potatoes, 3 crushed unpeeled garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons each olive oil and chopped rosemary, ½ cup pitted olives, wide strips of zest from 1 lemon, ½ teaspoon coarse salt, and a few grinds of black pepper.
