Bacon-wrapped artichokes topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 350 g of marinated artichokes, do not discard the brine
- 9 slices bacon, cut in half
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Wrap the artichoke hearts in 1/2 a piece of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
- Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with brine. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve hot.
