Grape Spritz Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml. brandy or cognac (2 tbsp.)
  • 500 ml light grape juice (2 tbsp.)
  • 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1 bottle (0.75 l) sparkling wine, such as Prosecco, chilled
  • Cotton candy for filing

Preparation:

  1. In a large decanter or pitcher, combine the brandy, grape juice, and lime juice. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. Before serving, pour 30 ml of the cocktail into champagne flutes and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with cotton candy feathers.
