Grilled pork loin

Preparation:

  • 2 natural pork cutlets on the bone, 2.5 cm thick.

Generously season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. Let them sit at room temperature for about 15-30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat a charcoal grill. When the coals are hot, grill the chops for 5 minutes on each side until almost done. Transfer to a platter and cover with aluminum foil. Let them rest for 15 minutes. Serve with green beans for garnish.

This one Pork loin can be grilled and served with mashed potatoes in their skins.
