Ingredients:
- 4 ears of sugar corn (young corn with white or light yellow grains)
- 60 g of butter at room temperature
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp finely chopped rosemary
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation:
- Mix butter with garlic, paprika and rosemary; season with salt and pepper.
- Boil the corn in salted water until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and season with herb butter.
