Corn with spiced butter

Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of sugar corn (young corn with white or light yellow grains)
  • 60 g of butter at room temperature
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp finely chopped rosemary
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

  1. Mix butter with garlic, paprika and rosemary; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Boil the corn in salted water until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and season with herb butter.
