6 Vanilla Pudding Ideas

Ingredients:

    Vanilla pudding

  • 0.5 cups of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, and 1 teaspoon salt; gradually whisk in 1 cup milk, then beat in 1 large egg. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring another 1 cup milk to a simmer. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar mixture.
  2. Return to medium-low heat and simmer, whisking, until thickened and creamy, 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in 1 tablespoon each of vanilla extract and unsalted butter until smooth.

    Stir in 1/4 cup. cookie paste and sprinkle with crumbled gingerbread

    Stir in 0.5 cups of milk chocolate chips and sprinkle with crumbled chocolate chip cookies

    Stir in 1/2 cup mint baking granules and sprinkle with crumbled chocolate sandwich cookies

    Caramel
    Stir in 1/2 cup dulce de leche and sprinkle with crushed pretzels.

    Pumpkin pie
    Stir in 1/2 cup pumpkin puree and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.

    Chocolate peanut butter
    Stir in 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and sprinkle with crushed peanut butter cookies.
