Glazed grilled pineapple in foil

Preparation:

In a bowl, combine 4 tablespoons melted butter, 1/4 cup light brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon each of salt. curry powder, cinnamon and vanilla extract, a pinch of salt and a little dark rum.

Cut the pineapple in half from root to crown (leave the leaves in place), then slice each half into 3 long wedges. Remove the core.

Place 2 pieces on foil, grease aromatic butter and wrap. Prepare 2 more parcels in the same way. Grill over medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes, until the pineapple is soft and golden brown.
