Fruit salad with limoncello liqueur topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup lemon cream
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tbsp. limoncello liqueur
- 1 banana, cut into slices
- Fresh sprigs of mint
Preparation:
- Lemon Yogurt Topping: Whisk the yogurt with lemon curd, honey and vanilla, set aside and keep at room temperature.
- Fruit salad: Gently mix together the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, sugar, and limoncello. Let sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to allow the berries to soak in the sugar and limoncello. Add the banana and mix gently.
- Serve the fruit bowls with a generous dollop of yogurt on top. Garnish each bowl with a sprig of fresh mint.
