South Carolina-Style Mustard BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

• 1 cup mustard
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup 5% table vinegar
• 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
• Freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, combine the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, both vinegars, brown sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Cover the sauce with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving.
