Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half lengthwise and remove the yolks
- 2 tsp chopped chives, and more for sprinkling
- 2 teaspoons chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/4 cup finely grated cheese Cheddar
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt
Preparation:
- Mash the yolks into a paste, add 2 teaspoons of chives, chipotle pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and paprika. Add salt to taste and stir.
- Fill the egg whites with the mixture and sprinkle with plenty of chives.
